We were looking for a reasonably priced compact but comfortable swivel rocker with a high back for a corner of our living room. Found it among an outstanding furniture selection. Bonus: it also reclines! We were able to take home with us and the set up was super easy! Thanks Ryan and crew at Furniture Northwest!

Our shopping experience was really good at this store. We are happy with our purchases (which we wont actually receive for a couple of months-will update my review after receipt of furniture) and we felt like we were taken care of. We appreciated that the salesman came to check on us frequently while we were shopping although he could have dialed it back just a tiny bit. It is hard to determine what rate each customer might be comfortable with though. When we had questions he was available and we didn't have to go looking for a sales associate like we did at Kelly's. We also appreciated that he was willing to work with us on price as we had a budget we couldn't deviate from. We also liked that the furniture was organized in sections within the store which made it easier to look for what we were wanting. When we stopped at Ashleys it took forever to find a specific kind of recliner because they seemed to be more worried about presentation of a room set up...recliners were placed all through the store, which is quite large.

Ryan Steben was amazing at helping us. He made the process easy to do and was flexible with what we wanted. The pricing was great here as well. Recommend the Stanton furniture! So many combinations with fabric with still being comfortable.

We needed a couple new couches and Furniture Gallery NW was a great place to shop. Bill, the owner, helped us and he was incredibly helpful! We found a beautiful set and my only beef with it was that it had a section in the middle that had cup holders, which I abhor in furniture. Bill said ‘no problem’ and had the couches made without those! Delivery was fast and smooth, 100% professionalism every step of the way! Such a great experience! Bill is an angel, so nice and we can’t wait for our next purchase there with him! Highly recommend!!!!
